Heat Coco-caprylate to 75-80°C and add Polyhydroxystearic-mix until dissolved. Add B and disperse well using high mechanical agitation (e.g. dissolver or homogenizer). Add other ingredients of phase A and stir well. Mix ingredients of phase C and heat to 80-85°C. Add phase A+B to C while stirring well and form a homogenous emulsion. Cool down slowly to 40-45°C while stirring rapidly. Add fragrance if necessary and cool down to room temperature while mixing slowly.
